Fact-Checking Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Accuracy matters to us. Before publication, every article on Maison Bloom goes through a review that checks each claim against a reliable source.
What we verify
- Product specifications (dimensions, materials, safety ratings).
- Design and construction claims (e.g. kiln-dried hardwood frames, rub counts).
- Statistics and industry data, verified against primary or reputable secondary sources.
- Direct quotes and attributions, verified with the source.
How to report an error
If you spot something that looks wrong, please email editorial@maisonbloom.example with the article title and the specific claim. We investigate promptly, correct verified errors, and note the correction on the article.
Standard of proof
For safety-related claims, we require a primary source (manufacturer documentation, regulatory guidance, or peer-reviewed research). For style and design claims, we clearly signal opinion versus fact.
